Creamy Chicken Thighs
A creamy and hearty chicken recipe, that is kid approved and rich in flavor! The flavor is delicious because of the MAHMI All-Purpose seasoning, sautéed garlic, and Parmesan cheese. It is an easy and simple, quick stove-top recipe to make your family that only takes 30 minutes of kitchen work.

Main Ingredients
5 boneless and skinless chicken thighs
2 tbsp MAHMI All-Purpose Seasoning
1 tsp salt, or salt to taste
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 garlic cloves, smashed and peeled
1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup spinach, chopped
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Recipe Steps
Clean chicken thighs and remove excess fat.
Season front and back of chicken thighs with MAHMI All-Purpose seasoning and salt.
In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter and vegetable oil.
Add in garlic, and cook for about 1-2 minutes until golden, and remove.
Next place chicken thighs in the pan top side down and cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove chicken thighs, and set aside once done.
Reduce heat to medium-low and add in grape tomatoes, sauté for 1-2 minutes until they start to slightly blister. Then add the garlic back in.
Next pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, and simmer for about 1 minutes, stirring to deglaze the pan, until the sauce begins to slightly thicken.
Reduce heat to low, and stir in spinach and cheese, making sure the cheese is melted for another 1-2 minutes.
Add the cooked chicken thighs back into the skillet, and spoon the cream sauce over each chicken thigh.
Simmer on low for another 1-2 minutes and serve.
