Deliciously seasoned with MAHMI All-Purpose seasoning, and cooked in an irresistible creamy, garlic, spinach and tomato parmesan sauce!

A creamy and hearty chicken recipe, that is kid approved and rich in flavor! The flavor is delicious because of the MAHMI All-Purpose seasoning, sautéed garlic, and Parmesan cheese. It is an easy and simple, quick stove-top recipe to make your family that only takes 30 minutes of kitchen work.

Main Ingredients

  • 5 boneless and skinless chicken thighs

  • 2 tbsp MAHMI All-Purpose Seasoning

  • 1 tsp salt, or salt to taste

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 4 garlic cloves, smashed and peeled

  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup spinach, chopped

  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Recipe Steps

  1. Clean chicken thighs and remove excess fat.

  2. Season front and back of chicken thighs with MAHMI All-Purpose seasoning and salt.

  3. In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter and vegetable oil.

  4. Add in garlic, and cook for about 1-2 minutes until golden, and remove.

  5. Next place chicken thighs in the pan top side down and cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove chicken thighs, and set aside once done.

  6. Reduce heat to medium-low and add in grape tomatoes, sauté for 1-2 minutes until they start to slightly blister. Then add the garlic back in.

  7. Next pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, and simmer for about 1 minutes, stirring to deglaze the pan, until the sauce begins to slightly thicken.

  8. Reduce heat to low, and stir in spinach and cheese, making sure the cheese is melted for another 1-2 minutes.

  9. Add the cooked chicken thighs back into the skillet, and spoon the cream sauce over each chicken thigh.

  10. Simmer on low for another 1-2 minutes and serve.
