Lemon Garlic Chicken Tenderloins
This is a super quick and easy chicken recipe with minimal ingredients that wont disappoint. Seasoned with MAHMI Original All-Purpose seasonings, some fresh garlic, lemon juice, and some coconut milk. These tenderloins are full of flavor, with a nice subtle hint of lemon.
This recipe is picky kid approved, perfect is for a weeknight dinner, and the flavor pairs well with any side of your choice!

Main Ingredients
2-1/2lbs chicken tenders, cleaned
2 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp MAHMI Original All-Purpose Seasoning
1-1/2 tsp salt, or salt to taste
1-1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
1 large lemon
1-1/2 cup coconut milk
Recipe Steps
Season chicken tenderloins with MAHMI All-Purpose seasoning, salt, and 2 tbsp olive oil. Mix well.
Next sprinkle on flour, and mix.
Then to a large deep pan on medium heat, add 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil.
Once the oil is hot add the chicken tenderloins in a single layer, and cook undisturbed for about 3 minutes until they begin to turn golden brown on the bottom. Flip tenderloins and cook through for another 2-3 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium-low and break your tenderloins into small nugget pieces.
Next make an opening in the center of the pan and add 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic. Sauté garlic for 1 minutes, and mix in with the chicken.
Add in lemon juice and coconut milk, and deglaze the bottom of the pan creating a nice creamy sauce for the chicken. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, and serve!
