Creamy Shrimp Spaghetti
This creamy shrimp pasta is super easy, flavorful, and quick to make. This recipe can be made in 30 minutes, and with only 2 pot, so the clean-up after is a breeze! The shrimp and the base of the pasta sauce is seasoned with our MAHMI Original All-Purpose seasoning, a dash of salt, and freshly grated nutmeg. Which makes this is a simple recipe, with a small list of ingredients, yet packed full of amazing flavors!

Main Ingredients
1-1/2lbs large shrimp, cleaned, peeled, and deveined
5 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 sweet onion, sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
4 sweet yellow peppers, sliced
1-1/2 tbsp MAHMI Original All-Purpose seasoning
Salt to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1/8 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup pasta water
1lb Spaghetti noodles or pasta of your choice
Recipe Steps
In a large bowl season shrimp with MAHMI Original All-Purpose seasoning, olive oil, and salt. Mix well.
To a large pot add salted water, and cook noodles according to directions. Once noodles are done, reserve 1 cup of the pasta water to use later in the sauce.
Next to a large pan on medium heat, melt butter and add in the shrimp. Cook the shrimp for 3 minutes on each side, then remove shrimp into a bowl and set aside for later.
Using the same pan the shrimp was cooked in, add in garlic, sweet onions, bell peppers, and sweet peppers. Cook vegetables for 2 minutes until slightly translucent.
Add in heavy cream and simmer for about 3 minutes.
Stir in Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, until sauce becomes thick and stringy. Season with freshly grated nutmeg and salt to taste.
Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in 1 cup of the reserved pasta water, simmer for 2 minutes until sauce has thicken.
Next add the shrimp (and its juice from sitting in the bowl) back into the pan, and sauté for 1 minute.
Finally stir in the pasta noodles, making sure that the noodles are drenched in the creamy pasta sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley, and serve!
